Jeremy Van Hoy is a skilled musician and educator currently serving as a bass trombone player with the Colorado Springs Philharmonic Orchestra since 1994. They have been with the Boulder Philharmonic Orchestra since 2014 and contribute as a conductor and arranger for the Denver Brass since 1996. As the Concert Band Director at Colorado College since 2008, Jeremy combines their performance expertise with educational leadership. Their impressive background includes a Master’s degree in Bass Trombone Performance from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Music in Euphonium Performance from the University of Michigan. Additionally, they have played bass trombone for Opera Colorado since 2015 and were involved with the Crested Butte Music Festival from 2000 to 2020.
