Karen Kristof has extensive experience in higher education admissions, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Dean at Colorado College since June 2020. Prior to this role, Karen held various positions at Smith College from August 1999 to December 2019, including Senior Associate Director of Admission and Coordinator of International Recruitment, where responsibilities involved training application readers and managing application processes. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Associate Director of Admission at Grinnell College, where Karen coordinated admissions marketing and reviewed applications, as well as holding director and assistant director roles at Bennington College and Sarah Lawrence College. Karen Kristof earned a Bachelor's Degree from Smith College.
