Delgado Tania possesses extensive experience in care management and customer service within the healthcare and banking sectors. Since May 2008, Delgado has served as a Care Manager at Colorado Access, responsible for performing comprehensive case reviews, developing transition care plans, and coordinating care among members, families, and providers. Prior to this role, Delgado worked as a Bilingual Representative at ACS Child Health Plan (2006-2008), where responsibilities included managing eligibility inquiries and training new staff. Earlier experience includes a position as Lead Teller at Key Bank (2004-2006), focusing on customer service and employee training. Delgado holds a Master's Degree in Organization Leadership from Regis University (2016) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution (2014).
