Rebecca Burns holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Fine Arts as well as a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and Art Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. Currently, Rebecca serves as the Director of Training & Development at Color Factory, where various roles have included Talent and Development Manager, contributing to the creation of immersive art experiences across multiple cities. Previous experience includes serving as the Blog Content Manager & Seminar/Resource Coordinator at HomeWord, facilitating events aimed at strengthening families, and working as a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate at both Altus Treatment Services and Monarch Counseling, where Rebecca provided therapeutic support to individuals and families.
