Ashley Yabes is an Experience Specialist at Color Factory since December 2022, bringing a strong customer service background from previous roles, including a Crew Member at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. At the University of Illinois Chicago, Ashley served as the Vice President-External for the Filipinos in Alliance, managing external affairs and coordinating large events, as well as acting as an Honors College Teaching Assistant, supporting undergraduate students in navigating academic resources. Additional experience includes various positions in retail and food services, internship work with UniPro focusing on Filipino American cultural research, and summer camp counseling roles that involved maintaining program records and providing assistance to participants. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Health Science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
