Joyce Campagna has extensive experience in quality and operations development, currently serving as the Head of Quality & Operations Development at Coloplast since 1998, where previous responsibilities included the role of Engineering Manager. Prior to this, Joyce held the position of Quality Manager at Honeywell/Alliant Techsystems from June 1973 to April 1997. Educated at the University of St. Thomas, Joyce obtained a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from 2000 to 2006, and previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the College of St. Catherine from 1988 to 1991, alongside a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Catharine College.
