Marta Weinstein has over 30 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. Marta started their career at InterContinental Hotels Group in 1987, where they worked in f&b Operations until 1990. In 1997, they joined PGA National Resort & Spa, initially as a Sales Manager and later as the Director of Florida Corporate Sales. Since 2013, Marta has been the Director of Sales & Marketing at Colony Hotel.

Marta Weinstein attended Taller Cinco from 1988 to 1990, where they studied Architectural Design. Marta obtained a degree from this institution during their time there. In addition to their degree, Marta has also obtained certifications in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University in June 2020, and in Cvent from Cvent in August 2020.
