Rocco Bocchetta possesses extensive experience in customer service and technical support, currently serving as a Bartender at Colony Grill since March 2014, where responsibilities include inventory management and cash handling. Previously, Rocco worked as a Computer Lab Assistant at the Office of Residence Life from January 2013 to May 2016, managing lab operations and assisting students with technical issues. Additionally, Rocco completed a summer position as a Summer Associate at Impact Service Group Ltd in 2015, focusing on connecting HVAC contractors with franchise stores through effective email and phone communication. Rocco holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern Connecticut State University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
