Rebecca Wieters has extensive work experience in financial management. Rebecca started their career in 1999 at AMSEC LLC as an Operation Controller, a role they held for 13 years. In 2012, they joined Colonna's Shipyard as a CFO and later became the Vice President / CFO in 2017.

Rebecca Wieters holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Commerce, with a concentration in Accounting, from the University of Virginia.
