Lindsay R. has worked in various roles related to prospect development and analytics in different organizations. Starting in 2014 as a Graduate Assistant for Prospect Research at the University of South Carolina, Lindsay then became a Prospect Research Analyst before transitioning to the role of Associate Director of Prospect Development at Virginia Commonwealth University. Lindsay also worked as an Assistant Director of Prospect Development and a Prospect Development Analyst during their time at Virginia Commonwealth University. Lindsay then joined Colonial Williamsburg Foundation as the Director of Prospect Development & Analytics in 2023. Prior to these roles, Lindsay gained experience as a Prospect Researcher at Capital Development Services.

Lindsay R. is currently pursuing a Master of Decision Analytics degree at Virginia Commonwealth University, expected to be completed in 2025. Prior to this, Lindsay earned a Master's Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of South Carolina in 2016. Lindsay's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Augusta University, which was completed between 2008 and 2012.
