Ken Ward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including education, insurance, and public administration. Currently serving as Principal at Phoenix Rising Solution LLC and as a member of the Account Taskforce at Aflac, Ken focuses on establishing business relationships and facilitating employee education on benefits solutions. Ken also holds the position of Agency Development Manager for Colonial Life, where efforts are directed towards team building and talent acquisition. Previous experience includes significant roles such as Regional Director at Business Interface LLC, Vice-Principal of Operations and Special Education at Booker T. Washington Public Charter School, and Chief of Policy and Administration at the District of Columbia Department of Insurance, Banking and Securities.
