Nancy Soliday is currently the Assistant Director of Special Education at Cologne Academy, with previous experience as Special Education Coordinator at Elk River Area Public Schools-Independent School District No and as District Program Facilitator for Hospital Agencies at Minneapolis Public Schools. Nancy has extensive expertise in managing special education services, supervising teaching staff, and coordinating crisis interventions. Nancy has led various initiatives related to student behavior management, academic and behavior monitoring, and has contributed to the development of positive school climate strategies through programs such as the Mentor-Mentee initiative and the Positive School-wide Engagement Committee. Nancy holds degrees in Special Education, Reading, and Educational Leadership from The Ohio State University, the University at Albany, and the University of Saint Thomas respectively.
