Currently a Partner at Collyer Bristow LLP since November 2017, Nigel advises clients across various sectors, including technology, media, education, and real estate on corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters. Previously, Nigel held the position of Partner at Fox Williams LLP, where expertise in leading legal teams for banks and tech providers was refined. Other significant roles include Head of Legal for GFI Group in EMEA, Managing Counsel at State Street Global Markets EMEA, and various legal positions within notable financial institutions. Nigel holds a legal professional qualification from the College of Law and a degree from the University of Bristol.
