Rob Kay is an experienced Occupational Psychologist currently serving as an Associate Chartered Occupational Psychologist at Sixth Sense Consulting, Watershed, Collinson Grant, The Message Partnership, Penna, and Hudson, providing assessment and development services for senior roles using psychometric profiling tools. As the Director of Beechwood Business Psychologists Ltd, established in 2010, Rob focuses on relationship and project management to help clients maximize their workforce potential. Additionally, Rob is the Founder of InterviewMeister, an online toolkit that enhances candidate assessment for recruiters. Past roles include Assessment Methodology Specialist at John Lewis & Partners and Talent Manager at Focus DIY. Rob holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from The University of Manchester and a BSc in Psychology from Durham University.
