Steve Miller serves as the Regional Manager at Collins Engineers, Inc. since September 2003, overseeing technical, business development, financial, and administrative aspects of the office. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, achieving regional performance goals, preparing proposals, estimating project costs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring project quality and profitability. Previously, Steve managed a team of 35 engineers and technicians, supervising Project Managers in construction management, bridge inspection services, and design services. Steve's military background includes serving as a Senior Airman in the United States Air Force from August 1977 to April 1981. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University, an Associate’s Degree in Engineering Science from Monroe Community College, and completion of the NHI Instructor Development Course in 2012.
