Matthew Barrow is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Collins Engineers, Inc. since September 2023, Matthew previously held the position of Project Manager and Civil Engineer at AECOM from January 2020 to September 2023. Prior to this, Matthew spent 17 years at P.C. Simonton Associates, Inc. as Principal Engineer and Branch Manager, overseeing client relations, public presentations, and project management in various engineering sectors including water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, and site development. Matthew began the career as an Engineer Intern and progressed through various roles, culminating in a strong foundation in design and project execution. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2005.
