Rob Carr has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years. Rob started their career as a contracts manager with Mullaly in 2000. Rob then spent two years with higgins city as a senior project manager before moving to barnes construction in 2004. Rob spent 15 years with barnes construction, during which time they held various positions. In December 2019, they left barnes construction to join Collins Construction as a divisional director. Rob remained with Collins Construction until March 2021, when they were promoted to director.

Rob Carr completed a CIOB apprenticeship in construction at Suffolk College of HFE. Rob then went on to study at Great Cornard Upper School.
