Subin S Pillai is a Principal Engineer at Collins Aerospace since November 2023, following a tenure as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from July 2022 to October 2023, where Subin led strategy consulting projects and business development initiatives. Previously, Subin served as an Avionics Software Engineer at the Indian Air Force from July 2016 to July 2021, overseeing technology transformation projects in collaboration with various defense organizations. Subin's career began in the Indian Air Force as an Engineering Officer from July 2011 to May 2016, leading combat and maintenance operations at an Air Force station. Academic qualifications include a PGP in Management from the Indian School of Business, a Master of Technology in Embedded Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Government Engineering College, Barton Hill, Thiruvananthapuram.
