Stefano Barone is an experienced supply chain and manufacturing professional with a strong background in high technology systems and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Actuation Systems Italy at Collins Aerospace since March 2020, Stefano has previously held various leadership roles at Avio Aero, including Business Leader and Plant Director, overseeing complex manufacturing plants and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives. With a foundation in engineering from Politecnico di Torino, Stefano's career spans over two decades, during which key accomplishments include the launch of new manufacturing processes, successful negotiations in procurement, and effective management of high-pressure diecasting facilities.
