Shane Murphy, CSCM, currently serves as a Supply Chain Work Transfer Specialist at Collins Aerospace, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Shane was the Purchasing Manager at Reynolds Polymer Technology from January 2020 to January 2023 and at Leitner-Poma of America Inc. from January 2012 to January 2020, where responsibilities included managing all purchased products, supplier acquisition, fleet management, and cost reduction initiatives. Additionally, Shane held the role of Machine Shop Supervisor at Leitner-Poma of America from 2009 to 2011 and at United Supply & Machine from April 2006 to August 2009, overseeing work scheduling and manufacturing processes. Shane began a career as a Machinist 4 at Hamilton Sundstrand from January 1986 to March 2006, specializing in aerospace machining. Shane holds an AAS in Manufacturing Technology from Colorado Mesa University.
