Rachit Dhingra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and commodity sourcing. Currently, as the Manager of Supplier Performance at Collins Aerospace since April 2019, Rachit leads initiatives to enhance underperforming suppliers and has contributed significantly to various leadership development programs. Previous roles at Collins Aerospace include managing global sourcing for machining commodities with a substantial yearly spend and executing complex contract negotiations. Prior to joining Collins, Rachit served at Siemens as an Accounts Operation Specialist, Evalueserve as a Senior Business Analyst, and Cognizant as a Research Associate, among other positions in finance and operational roles. Rachit holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from Amity International Business School and a certification in Operations and Supply Chain Management from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
