Priscilla Gonterman is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor at Collins Aerospace since September 2018, where support is provided for Interiors Systems Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain. Prior roles include serving as a Human Resources Business Partner/Labor Relations and Senior Recruiter at Rockwell Collins, where the focus was on recruiting for Mission Systems, and as a Recruiter at Skywalk Group, specializing in human resources management and IT staffing. Additionally, Priscilla has a background in military service as a Crew Chief SSgt in the Air National Guard, and experience as a Staffing Recruiter with Palmer Group. Priscilla holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Iowa State University, an Associate's degree in Aerospace Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, and has attended the University of Northern Iowa.
