Julissa Rodriguez is an experienced professional in quality assurance and engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Supplier Quality & Development at Collins Aerospace since July 2019. Prior roles include Manager of Quality Assurance at Pratt & Whitney and Specialist in Product & Process Quality at Sikorsky. Julissa has also held positions at UTC Aerospace Systems and Hamilton Sundstrand, ranging from UPPAP Lead to Senior Manufacturing Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and a Master's degree in Engineering Management. Further certifications include specialized programs in Manufacturing Metrology and Applied Project Management, with ongoing studies in a Woman in Leadership Program.
