Currently serving as Manager of Project Management, Operations at Collins Aerospace since 2019, Joel oversees initiatives in the aerospace and defense sector. Prior roles include Project Manager at SonicSurg Innovations, where focus was on minimally-invasive surgical devices, and Principal/Partner at C.J. Ventures, Inc. Joel has also held managerial positions at Biomet New England, FENA Design, Inc., Excelsior-Henderson Motorcycles, and Orthomet, Inc., contributing to sales, marketing, and operations.
