Chloe McMillan has extensive experience in coaching and sports operations within Australian Rules Football and has been with Collingwood Football Club since August 2017, serving as AFL Mens Development Coach, VFLW Head Coach, and Assistant Coach for the AFL Women's team. Prior to this, Chloe worked at Champion Data in AFL Operations from March 2014 to December 2019 and held coaching positions with the South East Juniors Football League as U16 Youth Girls Interleague Coach and with Dandenong Stingrays YGA as Senior Assistant Coach. Chloe also gained experience as Development Coach for the AFL Women's program at Collingwood Football Club in late 2016 and served as Sports Education Assistant at Hallam Senior Secondary College in 2013, where responsibilities included assisting with a sports academy and organizing various events. Chloe's educational background includes a VCE in Sport and Recreation from Hallam Senior College and high school education from KooWeeRup Secondary College.
