Shad Mayne is a highly experienced professional in real estate development and planning, currently serving as the Director of Development at Colliers since February 2023, where expertise is provided in investment management and real estate advisory on a global scale. Previously, Shad held the position of Senior Development Manager at Marcon from October 2021 to December 2022, overseeing the TriCity Central project, one of Metro Vancouver's largest master-planned developments. As Development Manager at Qualico Communities BC from July 2019 to September 2021, responsibilities included managing residential land development projects across Metro Vancouver. Earlier experience includes working as a Planner at Dillon Consulting Limited from August 2016 to July 2019, contributing to land use plans and engagement with diverse stakeholders. Shad holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Environments & Planning from Bond University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Trinity Western University.
