Niki May is currently the Vice President at Colliers since February 2023, bringing extensive experience in real estate finance. Prior to this role, Niki served as Assistant Vice President at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital from August 2004 to February 2023, overseeing all phases of production including underwriting and closing processes for commercial real estate loans. Earlier in Niki's career, a position as Human Resource Technician at Clearwater Paper Corporation from May 1999 to August 2004 involved managing payroll, assisting with benefit changes, and supporting the safety program. Niki holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Arkansas at Monticello, earned between 1994 and 1998.
