Josh Smith is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in office and investment properties. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Colliers International since April 2018, Josh collaborates with Brandon Fugal and Angela Galbraith. Previously, Josh held the position of Vice President at Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors from January 2015 to April 2018, working alongside Brandon Fugal and Jordan Wall. Prior to transitioning to real estate, Josh founded and served as CEO of Xcel Fitness from October 1997 to November 2014 and founded Component 5 Fitness Coaching, where Josh was CEO from June 2006 to June 2010.
