Hollis Lillard is a seasoned construction project manager with extensive experience in owner representation for construction projects across Florida, currently serving as a Construction Project Manager at Colliers since January 2021. As a Co-Owner and Construction Project Manager at WIRE Property Group since February 2015, Hollis has played a key role in managing various construction initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as a Contract Specialist at Shaw Industries and as a Project Manager at CBRE, where contributions included assisting in the conversion of 300 Wells Fargo branches in Florida and South Carolina, managing budgets and timelines alongside vendors and municipalities. Hollis began the career as an Assistant Project Manager at Power Design & Supply Group Inc. and holds both a Master’s degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida.
