Carson Richardson has extensive experience in the retail and hospitality sectors, primarily with SEPHORA since October 2014, holding various management roles including Market Education Manager for Western Canada, Talent and Business Operations Manager, and Store Director, overseeing teams of up to 45 members. Responsibilities included managing store operations, client experience, payroll, hiring, merchandising, and staff development. Additionally, Carson has served as a server at Cactus Club Cafe since November 2021 and at JOEY Restaurant Group from October 2018 to December 2019, focusing on guest relations.
