Conni Shaw has a diverse work experience. Conni started their career at the University of Georgia in 1989 as an Assistant Registrar and worked there until 2002. From 2002 to 2006, Conni worked as a Registrar at Chattahoochee Technical College. Currently, they are working at CollegeSource, where they started as a Senior Implementation Specialist in 2006 and currently holds the position of Director of Customer Success since February 2020.

Conni Shaw received a BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 1986. Conni later pursued an MBA specializing in Operations Management, E-Commerce, and Database Management from the same university, graduating in 2001.
