Vinayak Kumar has a diverse work experience in various marketing roles. Vinayak is currently working as a Senior Manager - Marketing at CollegeDekho, a disruptive technology education start-up. Prior to that, they worked at CarDekho Group as a Senior Manager - Marketing, where they were responsible for performance marketing, retention marketing, and brand marketing. Vinayak also managed end-to-end customer experience and collaborated with agencies and vendor partners. Before CarDekho, Vinayak worked at DJT Insurance as a Manager - Growth Marketing & Partnerships, and at FlowerAura - Bakingo as a Manager - CRM & Partnerships. Vinayak began their career at Shine.com (HT Media Ltd.) as an Assistant Campaign Manager, where they handled the online business for Hindustantimes.

Vinayak Kumar completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics Honors from Delhi University, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, they attended BRIDGE School of Management, where they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Digital Marketing.
