Sadika Laskar has a varied work experience in the fields of social media, marketing, media relations, and journalism. Sadika is currently working as a Deputy Manager - Social Media at CollegeDekho, where they are responsible for planning and executing social media campaigns. Prior to this role, they worked as a Sr Social Media Strategist at the same company, handling multiple accounts and brands. Sadika also has experience as an Alumni & Marketing Relations Manager at Mussoorie International School, where they were responsible for digital marketing, branding, and lead generation. Sadika has worked in media relations at Address Home, managing the brand's media coverage and social media strategy. Sadika has also worked as a Public Relations Executive at ShaadiMagic.com. In addition, Sadika has experience in video production, having worked as a Video Producer intern at Drishti Media House, and as a Field Reporter at Eastern Chronicle, where they worked on hard news pieces.

Sadika Laskar's education history begins with their completion of the 10th standard at Don Bosco High School in Hojai, where they focused on English. Sadika then enrolled at Nowgong College (Autonomous) from 2012 to 2015, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters. Following this, they pursued an M.A. in Mass Communication and Journalism from Tezpur University between 2015 and 2017, specializing in Corporate Communications and Media Management. In 2022, Sadika attended the University of London to study Brand Management, earning their degree the following year. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Digital Marketing Fundamentals from IIDE - Indian Institute of Digital Education in May 2022 and Social Media Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in February 2022.
