Erik Jones is the current Director at COLLEGE SUCCESS FOUNDATION. Prior to this, they were the Retention Specialist - Seattle Promise at Seattle Central College from January 2021 to December 2021. Erik has also worked as the Academic Success Manager- Dual Credit at Austin Community College from June 2019 to January 2021 and as the Academic Advisor & Engagement Coordinator at NorthWest Arkansas Community College from May 2015 to May 2019.

Erik has a long history of working in various positions that help support and ensure student success. Erik has experience in collecting research data on student engagement, success, and completion. Erik also has experience in leading initiatives to connect recent graduates with area employers and creating learning pipelines for academics to industry workers. In addition, Erik has assisted dept. chairs & dean with project planning for 10+ academic programs, monitored student progress and addressed raised academic flags, and collaborated with workforce partners to ensure credit for work and credit for training.

Erik is passionate about helping students succeed and reach their fullest potential. Erik is dedicated to their work and takes pride in being able to help others. Erik is a strong advocate for education and believes that it is the key to success in life.

Erik Jones graduated with a Master's degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Louisiana State University. Erik also has a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Missouri Southern State University. Lastly, Erik Jones has an Associate of Arts - AA from NorthWest Arkansas Community College.
