Sara Halabi is an experienced educator currently serving as a Third Grade Teacher at College Station ISD since July 2023, where lessons are developed and implemented in reading, writing, and social studies while fostering an inclusive learning environment. Additionally, Halabi has been a Research Assistant at Texas A&M University since August 2020, focusing on survey data analysis related to diversity and pedagogy strategies. Previous roles include a First Grade Teacher at College Station ISD, where differentiated lessons were applied across multiple subjects, and experiences as a Teaching/Student Assistant and Undergraduate Peer Mentor, enhancing literacy activities and supporting fellow students. Halabi holds a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from Texas A&M University, attained in 2022.
