Samantha McIntosh is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in operational management and customer service. Currently serving as a Brand Operations Specialist at WOW 1 DAY PAINTING since July 2022, Samantha manages business affairs for the Managing Director and coordinates various events, while also supporting Franchise Partners and field team needs. With experience as a General Manager at College Pro, Samantha has developed and implemented sales strategies, trained and coached franchisees, and consistently exceeded revenue targets. Previous roles include Senior Franchise Owner at College Pro, where Samantha achieved notable recognition for sales performance, and positions in customer service at Tim Hortons and Subway. Samantha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Psychology from the University of Ottawa.
