Deb Salls is an experienced nonprofit leader currently serving as the Executive Director of College Possible, an organization dedicated to empowering students from economically disadvantaged communities to achieve college success. Salls has held multiple executive roles, including Executive Director at Social Venture Partners Minnesota and Bike Works, where significant programs and fundraising initiatives were developed. Additionally, Salls has facilitated peer learning groups for nonprofit professionals and served as an adjunct faculty member at Highline College, teaching courses in Youth Development. With a strong educational background that includes master's degrees in Nonprofit Management and Youth Development Leadership from Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Minnesota, Salls has expertise in leadership development, financial management, and program design within the nonprofit sector.
