Catherine Sullivan is an experienced professional in organizational management and education. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at Peggy Rockefeller Farms at the College of the Atlantic since February 2024, Catherine previously held the role of Assistant Director at Natick Community Organic Farm from December 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included leading a diverse workforce and collaborating with various managers to align production needs with educational programs. Prior to this, Catherine served as Director of Administration at Minds at Work, a consulting firm focused on organizational change, and held the position of Manager of People Development and Operations at Ariadne Labs, an internal start-up at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Catherine's career began at Minds at Work as Program Manager, where event planning and client engagement were key focuses. Catherine holds an MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BA in History from Denison University, with additional educational experiences at The University of Jordan.
