Ashley Douglas currently serves as the Senior Assistant Director of Inclusive Admissions at The College of New Jersey since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ashley was the Senior Program Coordinator at Rutgers University from July 2016 to December 2022, where Ashley led the expansion of the Rutgers Future Scholars initiative to Rahway, New Jersey, and managed significant funding efforts. From March 2014 to June 2016, Ashley held the position of School Partnership Manager at College Summit, focusing on partnerships with various public school districts and enhancing college access programming. Earlier professional experience includes working as an Enrollment Advisor at the University of Phoenix from June 2010 to June 2013, where Ashley supported prospective students in their educational pursuits. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from St. John's University, a Master of Arts in Public and Organizational Relations from Montclair State University, and additional education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
