Geoffrey's extensive career at CAP includes several senior leadership positions, such as Senior Director of Strategic Member Initiatives, where initiatives to enhance member loyalty and revenue were developed, and Senior Director of Member Marketing, focusing on demand generation for various CAP products and programs. Prior experience encompasses roles at PacifiCare Health Systems, the National Speakers Association, and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, contributing expertise in communications, marketing, and public relations. Geoffrey holds an Executive MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a BA in Communications from Valparaiso University.
