Liz Shepard is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in technical recruiting and people management. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Recruiting at Collectors, Liz previously held the position of VP of People at Principles, a Ray Dalio Company. At Bridgewater Associates, Liz advanced through several roles including Head of Recruiting for the Principles Team, Manager of Recruiting, and Senior Researcher/Researcher. Liz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Bucknell University, complemented by studies at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad in 2010.
