As Co-Founder of Collective Solution since March 2006, Deron has driven growth through customer care and operational efficiencies. In April 2022, Deron founded and became CEO of Hoopla, a platform revolutionizing the beauty, health, and wellness industries through short-form videos. Holding the position of Chairman at Puzzle Recruitment since February 2021, Deron focuses on connecting companies with talent. In August 2019, Deron founded Champions Network, fostering authentic connections among professionals from diverse fields. Previously, Deron co-founded Datassential, a leader in foodservice data analytics, and served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at T2 Venture Capital. Deron's career began at Menus.com, Inc., and Bankers Trust. Educationally, Deron holds a BA in Economics and East Asian Studies from Yale University.
