Sterling Tracy has worked as a Software Engineer at Collective Medical a PointClickCare Company since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at TEKsystems from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they were a Full Stack Developer and an ETL Developer at General Motors from 2016 to 2019. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Web Application Developer and a Media Technician & Trainer at the Missionary Training Center. Sterling also worked as an I-Learn Service Representative at BYU-Idaho from 2012 to 2013, where they were responsible for assisting patrons in learning and using technology tools, training patrons to use equipment, materials, and software, and assisting in the Faculty Technology Center and other labs.

Sterling Tracy attended Brigham Young University from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems. Prior to that, they attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2011 to 2012, studying General Studies.
