Judy Bounds has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Judy started as an Office Manager at Gage Chiropractic Clinic in 2001, where they increased patient flow from 80 to 150 patients per week by implementing a patient education program. In 2005, they became a Program Manager at High-Tech Institute, where they facilitated classroom training on Anatomy, Physiology and Professional Development instruction. From 2007 to 2010, they were a Corporate Trainer/Patient Financial Services at Banner Health, where they facilitated training for all new hires in software policies and procedures as well as workflow processes. In 2010, they became an EHR/EPM Software Implementation Specialist at CompuGroup Medical US, where they ensured successful implementation of six different Electronic Health Record systems and lead software trainer for Meaningful Use Webinars for all clients. From 2013 to 2018, they were an EHR Optimization Specialist at MDVIP, where they ensured successful implementation of Athena and emd's and became a subject matter expert for federal incentive programs. Finally, since 2018, they have been a Consulting Provider Solutions Specialist and Certified Trainer of eClinicalworks at HCA Healthcare, where they provide training, support and implementation project management for new providers and new practices. Judy is currently a Customer Success Manager at Collective Medical a PointClickCare Company.

Judy Bounds attended Anthem Career College-Nashville from 2002 to 2007, where they earned an Associate degree in Applied Sciences in 2005.
