Allison Franklin is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in addressing human trafficking and supporting survivors at national, state, and local levels. Currently serving as a consultant and survivor leader, Franklin has been actively involved in providing technical assistance and training for courts across the United States, as well as law enforcement education through Collective Liberty. As an adjunct faculty instructor at the National Criminal Justice Training Center, Franklin focuses on gang sex trafficking and related issues. Previous roles include directing the CARES Program at The SAFE Alliance, where management of multi-million dollar statewide grants was a key responsibility, and serving as a director at the Texas Criminal Justice Coalition, conducting policy research and advocating for criminal justice reform. Franklin is pursuing a degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Texas.
