Daniela Mendoza has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Daniela joined Collective Health in 2019 and currently works as a Plan Operations Associate, responsible for addressing and resolving member inquiries related to healthcare navigation and payment. Before joining Collective Health, Daniela worked at Research Now SSI as a Respondent Support - LATAM from 2017 to 2018. Daniela also served in the US Army as a 68j Medical logistic specialist from 2012 to 2018. Additionally, Daniela worked as a Social Media Evaluator-Independent Consultant at Appen from 2016 to 2017 and as a Member Services representative at doTERRA International LLC from 2015 to 2017.

Daniela Mendoza attended Utah Valley University from 2018 to 2022, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Graphic Design. In addition to their formal education, Daniela also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn. In July 2021, they completed a certification course titled "Telling Stories with Data." In October 2021, they obtained another certification called "Building Professional Relationships." Finally, in March 2022, Daniela completed a course on "Customer Service: Handling Abusive Customers."
