Damon Taugher currently serves as the Vice President of Operations and Partnerships at Collective Energy Company and as a Consultant at Capital Link. Prior to these roles, Damon spent over 20 years at Direct Relief, culminating in the position of Vice President of Global Programs, where oversight of strategic global initiatives was provided to bolster support for a vast network of healthcare facilities across 100 countries. Damon also held the role of Director of US Programs, managing support for 1,100 nonprofit clinics and health centers in the United States. Earlier in their career, Damon worked as a Program Officer and Administrative Assistant. Damon holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in Geography from UCLA, earned between 1998 and 2002.
