Cathy Bissieres is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and customer service. Currently serving as the Head of Supply-Chain and After Sales Service at CLS Group since August 2012, Bissieres oversees global supply chain logistics, manages supplier activities, and ensures optimal stock levels while focusing on customer satisfaction through preventive maintenance and innovative contract creation. Bissieres previously held roles such as Head of Operations & Services, which involved implementing a premium customer care service and developing a worldwide installer network. Earlier experience includes serving as Head Of Customer Service at Groupe Cogeser from 2000 to 2012, where Bissieres created a technical support ERP and engaged in consulting for change management and customer training initiatives.
