Janice Darlington has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Janice'smost recent position was as a Customer Engagement Scientist at Collaborative Drug Discovery - CDD VAULT, starting in January 2019. Prior to that, they were the Business Owner of Altitude Trampoline Park Vista, where they managed the park's social media channels and developed marketing strategies from September 2017 to November 2021.

Janice also worked as a Research Specialist at Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute from June 2018 to January 2019. Janice held the position of Senior Research Associate at PharmAkea from December 2012 to August 2017 and Senior Research Associate 2 at Bristol-Myers Squibb from September 2011 to September 2012.

During their earlier career, they held roles such as Senior Research Associate II at Amira Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from June 2005 to September 2011, Research Biologist at Merck & Co. from May 2000 to June 2005, and Research Assistant at La Institute for Molecular Medicine (formerly La Jolla Institute of Experimental Medicine) from August 1999 to May 2000.

Janice started their career as a Laboratory Manager at Infinity II Laboratories from August 1998 to August 1999 and gained experience as a Summer Intern before transitioning to a Part-time Lab Specialist at SIBIA Neurosciences from June 1997 to October 1998.

Janice Darlington pursued their education from 1993 to 1998 at UC San Diego, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. During this time, they specialized in Microbiology and also studied Asian Studies as part of their field of study.
