Zhigang Hao is an experienced professional with a background in technology and management within the cosmetic industry. Currently serving as Director of Technology at Colgate-Palmolive, Zhigang has also held the position of Manager of Technology. In addition, Zhigang has contributed to the field as President of the Chinese American Cosmetic Professional Association (CACPA) from 2022 to 2023 and previously worked as Lab Manager at Quality Botanical Ingredients, Inc. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing/Marketing Management from Rutgers Business School.
